About the Role:

At The Quin Hair Salon & Spa, the Head Spa Specialist is the heart of our wellness experience. This role goes beyond traditional services; you are creating a quintessential escape where scalp health, relaxation, and luxury come together.

As a Head Spa Specialist, you will guide each guest through a customized journey focused on scalp care, stress relief, and overall hair wellness. From consultation to final reveal, your role is to create a calming, intentional experience that leaves clients feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for.

You will play a key role in establishing The Quin’s spa identity, educating clients on scalp health, building lasting relationships, and contributing to a culture rooted in positivity, growth, and elevated service.
