Salon Experience Coordinator

Columbia, MO | Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: $15.50 – $17.50 per hour (Earn an equivalent of $2.00 to $5.00+ extra per hour based on retail sales percentages, rebooking rates, and stellar client experience scores.)

About the Role:

The Quin Experience Coordinator will serve as the heart of our salon's daily operations. As the first and last impression for every guest, you will do much more than sit behind a desk. This dynamic role is a blend of a high-end receptionist, an executive assistant, and a marketing coordinator. You will manage appointments, drive promotions, maintain beautiful retail displays, and ensure every single client feels deeply valued from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.

Available Schedules:

Both full-time roles average 35–40 hours per week and require working alternating Saturdays. Additional hours may be added based upon seasonal need.

• Morning Shift: Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM | Alternating Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

• Evening Shift: Mon–Fri: 12:30 PM - 7:30 PM | Alternating Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
