About the Role:

At The Quin Hair Salon & Spa, a Team Stylist is more than a hairstylist—you are a key part of creating a quintessential guest experience. This role is designed for stylists who are motivated to grow, build a strong clientele, and thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment.

As a Team Stylist, you will deliver high-quality hair services while prioritizing connection, consistency, and continuous improvement. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team, participate in ongoing education, and receive guidance through regular check-ins to help you reach your personal and professional goals.

Salon Experience Coordinator

Columbia, MO | Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: $15.50 – $17.50 per hour (Earn an equivalent of $2.00 to $5.00+ extra per hour based on retail sales percentages, rebooking rates, and stellar client experience scores.)

About the Role:

The Quin Experience Coordinator will serve as the heart of our salon's daily operations. As the first and last impression for every guest, you will do much more than sit behind a desk. This dynamic role is a blend of a high-end receptionist, an executive assistant, and a marketing coordinator. You will manage appointments, drive promotions, maintain beautiful retail displays, and ensure every single client feels deeply valued from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.

Available Schedules:

Both full-time roles average 35–40 hours per week and require working alternating Saturdays. Additional hours may be added based upon seasonal need.

• Morning Shift: Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM | Alternating Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

• Evening Shift: Mon–Fri: 12:30 PM - 7:30 PM | Alternating Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Head Spa Specialist

About the Role:

At The Quin Hair Salon & Spa, the Head Spa Specialist is the heart of our wellness experience. This role goes beyond traditional services; you are creating a quintessential escape where scalp health, relaxation, and luxury come together.

As a Head Spa Specialist, you will guide each guest through a customized journey focused on scalp care, stress relief, and overall hair wellness. From consultation to final reveal, your role is to create a calming, intentional experience that leaves clients feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for.

You will play a key role in establishing The Quin’s spa identity, educating clients on scalp health, building lasting relationships, and contributing to a culture rooted in positivity, growth, and elevated service.

This is an opportunity for someone passionate about wellness, who loves connecting with people, and is excited to grow within a modern, high-end salon and spa environment.
